Your dashboard at a glance
When you log in, the main Dashboard greets you with the headline numbers:
- Total subscribers
- Number of published posts
- Average open rate (how many people open your emails)
- Engagement charts showing trends over time
The four things you can measure
| Area | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Audience | Total subscribers, how fast you're growing, and where new readers came from. |
| Engagement | How many people open and click your emails, plus subscribes vs. unsubscribes. |
| Post performance | How each individual issue did, your top posts, and the best hours when readers open. |
| Web traffic | Visits to your website, your most popular pages, and where visitors came from. |
Choosing a time range
Every chart lets you pick a period so you can zoom in or out:
- 7 days
- 30 days
- 90 days
- 1 year
- All time
A note on open rates
Open tracking works through a tiny invisible image in each email. Some email apps block these images or load them automatically, so open rates are a helpful trend, not a perfectly exact count. Watch the direction over time rather than obsessing over a single number.
