Getting Started

Step 1 — Create your account

  1. Go to the Buzzly sign-up page and click Register.
  2. Fill in your email, a password, and your first and last name.
  3. Choose your newsletter prefix — this is the short name that becomes your web address, for example yourname in yourname.buzzly.me.
    • As you type, Buzzly checks in real time whether the name is available. A green check means it's yours.
    • ⚠️ Pick carefully — your prefix cannot be changed after sign-up.
  4. Click Register.

Verify your email

After registering, Buzzly emails you a 6-digit code.

  1. Open the email and copy the code.
  2. Enter it on the verification screen.
  3. That's it — you're taken straight to your Dashboard.

Didn't get the code? Check your spam folder, wait a minute, then use the "resend" option on the verification screen.


Step 2 — Log in (any time after)

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. You land on your Dashboard.

Forgot your password? Click Forgot password on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the reset link we send you.

Security note: If you log in from a new device or location, Buzzly may ask you to confirm your identity to keep your account safe. Just follow the on-screen prompt.


Step 3 — Set up your newsletter

Before your first send, take a couple of minutes in Settings to:

  • Add your newsletter name and logo.
  • Set your sender name and reply-to email so readers know who's writing.
  • Write a welcome email (optional) that new subscribers receive automatically.

You can always come back and change these later.


Step 4 — Write your first post

Head to Creating & Publishing Posts and follow the 3-step editor. You'll write your content, preview exactly how it looks in an inbox, and choose how to send it.


Step 5 — Add your first readers

Open Managing Subscribers to add readers one by one or import a whole list from a spreadsheet.
