Getting started

How do I create my newsletter? Register, verify your email with the 6-digit code, and you're in. Full walkthrough: Getting Started.

Can I change my newsletter address (prefix) later? No — your prefix (yourname.buzzly.me) is permanent once you sign up. Pick it carefully. See Getting Started.

Is Buzzly available in my language? Buzzly works in English and French. Switch anytime with the language button in the header.

Writing & sending

Can I preview a post before sending it? Yes. Step 2 of the editor shows the exact email, and you can send a test email to yourself first.

Can I schedule a post for later? Yes, in Step 3 of the editor — pick a future date and time. Scheduling is a Pro feature; see plans.

Can I send the same email design every week? Save it as an Email Template and start new posts from it.

Can a post go to email AND my website? Yes — choose email, website, or both in Step 3.

Subscribers

How do I import my existing readers? Upload a CSV with email, firstName, lastName. See Managing Subscribers. (CSV import is a Pro feature.)

What happens when someone unsubscribes? They stop getting emails but remain in your list marked Unsubscribed, and can resubscribe later. See Managing Subscribers.

Money

How do I make money from my newsletter? Offer paid subscriptions. You'll need the Premium plan and a verified Stripe account. Full guide: Monetization.

Who handles the payments? Stripe does, securely. Money goes straight to your bank account — Buzzly never holds your funds. See Monetization.

What's the difference between my Buzzly plan and reader subscriptions? Your Buzzly plan is what you pay to use Buzzly. Reader subscriptions are what your readers pay you. See the side-by-side comparison.

Website & growth

Do I need to know how to code to build my website? No. You pick a theme and customize it visually. See Your Website.

Can I edit my website without it going live? Yes — your site stays private until you click Publish. See Your Website.

How can I grow faster? Turn on Referrals so readers earn rewards for bringing friends.

Results

Are the open-rate numbers exact? They're a reliable trend, not a perfect count, because some email apps block the tracking image. See Analytics.
